go to mydocuments>18 WoS haulin>config.cfg ,and open the cfg file with notepad
find:
g_console ''0''
g_developer ''0''
change to:
g_console ''1''
g_developer ''1''
and then open console command by pressing "~" and then insert the cheat
>Cheat list
